We share information only with the partners needed to run the store:

• Delivery: your name, phone number, and address are shared with our courier (RedX) so your parcel can be delivered.
• Payment: for advance delivery charges outside Dhaka, payment is made through bKash under their own terms and privacy policy.
• Technology providers: trusted services that host our website and database and power the AI consultation. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.

If you use the AI skin consultation, the photo you upload and your answers are sent to our AI service provider only to generate your analysis and product suggestions.

• Your photo is used to produce your report and is not saved to a public profile or used to advertise to you.
• The consultation gives cosmetic guidance only. It is not a medical diagnosis and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
• Please upload only your own photo, and avoid including other people in the image.

We use only the cookies needed to keep the site working — for example, to remember what is in your cart and to keep you signed in. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly without them.

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to run the store, meet our records and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes. When it is no longer needed, we remove it.
