Every product we sell is 100% authentic Korean beauty, sourced directly. Product photos are as accurate as possible, though packaging and shades may vary slightly as brands update their designs.

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Prices, offers, and product availability may change at any time without notice. Delivery charges are additional and shown at checkout (see Delivery below).

• The minimum order value is Tk 1,000, excluding the delivery charge.
• Placing an order is a request to purchase. We confirm your order before dispatch and may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is shown incorrectly, or your area is not serviceable — in which case any advance payment is refunded.
• We do not hold products, and we do not accept pre-orders.

Orders are Cash on Delivery (COD): you pay the product amount in cash to the delivery agent when your parcel arrives. Delivery charges are handled as follows:

• Inside Dhaka: delivery charge Tk 70, collected on delivery with your order.
• Outside Dhaka: delivery charge Tk 200, paid in advance by bKash to 01749105348. Please send the delivery charge and share your bKash Transaction ID to confirm the order; the product amount is then collected on delivery.

• Orders are delivered by RedX.
• Estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka. These are estimates and may vary with courier schedules, weather, or holidays.
• Please provide a complete delivery address and a phone number we can reach. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete or you are unreachable, return-courier charges may apply to your future orders.

• Because of the nature of beauty and skincare products, we do not accept returns or refunds except where the item you receive is incorrect or damaged.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo — and, if possible, an unboxing video — of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
• Advance-paid delivery charges are non-refundable once a parcel has been dispatched, except where we cancel the order.

A Tk 200 discount may apply to the first order placed from a phone number, subject to the minimum order value. It is limited to one per customer and phone number.
